Only 1 out of every 90 candidates makes it as a Universal Consultant, after 4-5 rounds of interviews and case studies.
Professional Development Program
Besides on-the-job training, all our consultants go through a continuous training program for 35 days each year.
The Founding Group
Universal Consulting is led by a strong, highly driven team of five professionals all of whom have been with the Firm from inception. This Team is responsible for day-to-day running of the Firm and for inspiring our energetic team of Professional and Office Staff.
