iWeek at UC

We have launched an imagination program which is called iWeek through our UC Centre for Strategic Synthesis (UC CSS).


The iWeek allows UC Consulting Staff to spend one "Week" of their UC lives, each year, "Imagining" and developing thought leadership in an area of their choice, which also resonates with the intellectual direction of the Firm. We consider the iMagination program to be a key strategic initiative that will help us build a better Firm.


  • iWeek Application Periods - People are allowed to apply for their iWeek during application windows that open every quarter
  • In harmony with our strong emphasis on innovation and our dedication to developing deep and broad thought leadership at UC, through our UC CSS, we have launched the iMagination Program, also called iWeek
  • iWeek Topics - entirely left to the individual
  • iWeek Mentors - Individuals can select a mentor of their choice
  • iWeek Duration - 5 full, continuous working days
  • iWeek Dress Code - Smart casual or jeans/ tshirt
  • iWeek Deliverable - White paper, preferably in a slide deck or in a text document
  • iWeek IPR - UC reserves the right to censor, edit, publish all material
  • iWeek Intellectual Property Award - Every June end, the entire Firm would vote for the top three iWeek reports and rank them
