We have launched an imagination program which is called iWeek through our UC Centre for Strategic Synthesis (UC CSS).
The iWeek allows UC Consulting Staff to spend one "Week" of their UC lives, each year, "Imagining" and developing thought leadership in an area of their choice, which also resonates with the intellectual direction of the Firm. We consider the iMagination program to be a key strategic initiative that will help us build a better Firm.
“You can take a man out of UC but not UC out of a man”
“I am proud to have been associated with UC and will never forget that phase of my life. I am what I am today because of the training, guidance and experience that I received at UC. “
"UC clearly is the best thing that happened to me in my life... the environment and culture that UC has nurtured over the years has helped me tremendously in my self development and personal life. I will continue to be a UCite in my heart and be its ambassador wherever I go. UC was and will always be mine. It’s in my heart and in my veins. I still carry the UC values and commandments in my wallet.”
“I take great pride in being once a part of a Firm that continues to strive for excellence (with a continuous higher target) not only in the quality of work delivered to clients but also in terms of people who continue to set new benchmarks with every passing day.”
"Having worked in a charged up environment as UC, where everyone is seeking more & more knowledge every single minute of every single day, ingrains in you a certain excitement for knowledge seeking. In fact, it was this excitement, which helped all of us in delivering our best to our clients and developing ourselves (both professionally and personally) on an ongoing basis"
“UC is about people… amongst the best I’ve known. I am fortunate to have worked with UC – it was full of learning and fun.”
"Thanks very much for allowing me the opportunity to work here. When I came to Universal, I was very lost and unsure about a way forward. However, over the last 2 years, I feel more confident in my ideas, abilities and my way forward. I owe a lot to UC and its people for allowing me to experience many new fields and thoughts and I am indeed indebted to your firm. I would be humbled to be there for UC in any way that I may."
