We are extremely selective in our hiring process and specifically look for compatibility with shared values. Each candidate goes through in-depth interviews and case study sessions. Only 1 out of every 90 candidate makes it as a Universal Consultant.
We look for people who have a strong curious bent of mind, possess impressive academic credentials, are intellectually sharp, have the ability to work with teams, tremendous mental and physical stamina and demonstrate interests in other areas like sport, music, art, social services etc.
