Consulting Analyst

Bachelors Degree holders join Universal Consulting as a Consulting Analyst. Analysts work as an integral part of an engagement team and are responsible for data gathering, preliminary analysis and preparing deliverables (e.g. presentation slides). Analysts take on significant responsibility and report directly to the project manager and this makes their experience similar to that of our Consultants and prepares them for their future role.

After a while, some Consulting Analysts choose to go to business school - candidates with consulting experience tend to have a higher acceptance rate in business schools. They then pursue a career outside the Firm or come back to the Universal fold.

Some other Consulting Analysts might choose to continue working at the Firm and, after 2-3 years of experience seek to become Consultants.
